1. Return Window

1.1 Customers may initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. 1.2 Returns initiated beyond this period will not be accepted.

 

2. Conditions For Returns

2.1 Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Defective Product: If the product has manufacturing defects or damages upon delivery.
  • Wrong Item Received: If the product delivered does not match the order placed.
  • Unused & Unworn: The product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

2.2 The following products are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Made-to-Order or Customized Products
  • Personalized Items

 

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • For UPI, Net Banking, and Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.
  • Exchange Option: Customers can opt for an exchange instead of a refund.

3.2 Refund processing time: Refunds will be creditedin bank account  within 7-10 business days from approval.

  • We have 7 days return policy

  • Replacement and Exchange Product will be Delivered within 7 days.

 

4. Return Shipping Cost

4.1 The cost of return shipping will be borne by:

  • Customer, if the product is being returned for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, or preference).
  • Furnish Factory, if the return is due to a defective or wrong product received.

 

5. Process To Raise A Return Request

5.2 The following details must be provided while raising a return request:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images (for defective or wrong items)

 

6. Credit Notes

6.1 We issue credit notes for returned products.

6.2 Credit notes will be sent via email or through customer support.

6.3 Customers can redeem credit notes for future purchases on our platform.

 

7. Exceptions & Disclaimers

7.1 The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer
  • Products without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase

7.2 Furnish Factory reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy conditions.

7.3 Refund processing times may vary depending on banking institutions.

 

8. Legal Protections & Limitations

8.1 Limitation of Liability: Furnish Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

8.2 Fraudulent Claims: Any customer found to be making fraudulent return claims, including but not limited to false claims of defects or tampered products, will be subject to legal action and may be permanently barred from making future purchases.

8.3 Force Majeure: Furnish Factory is not liable for any failure or delay in processing returns and refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, or government restrictions.

8.4 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to this Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. In case of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before resorting to litigation.

8.5 No Warranty on Refund Timelines: While we aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days, banking and financial institutions may cause delays. Furnish Factory shall not be held liable for such external delays.

8.6 Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review our policy periodically.
