📌 Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return or exchange requests can be submitted through our Contact Us page or via email.

📦 Return Shipping Charges

  • A Rs. 150/- shipping charge will be applicable on returns, refunds, and exchanges (for applicable categories such as apparels).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In case of a defective or damaged product, return shipping will be borne by Furnish Factory after verification.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance & End of Season Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • However, exchanges may be allowed in case of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Size issues (subject to verification)

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Rs. 150/- shipping charges will apply where applicable.

💳 Refund Policy

  • We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit, which can be used to purchase any product on furnishfactory.com.

🕒 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • For prepaid orders, cancellation or modification requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–7 business days after the product is received at our warehouse.
